The Raspberry Pi Foundation's version of the bluez packages has some fixes that
are required for Bluetooth on the Raspberry Pi 3/4 to work.

When we converted from hciattach to btattach in TLXOS 4.8.1/4.9.3, it became
unnecessary to use special patched builds of Bluez.
