Only needed on Wheezy-based TLXOS NUC32/NUC64, as part of the forward-ported
VAAPI stack supporting Citrix accelerators and TurboRDP.  Wheezy's native
version is 2.4.40, which is much too old; 2.4.58 is the native Jessie version.
