This directory contains the sources necessary to forward-port a Debian Wheezy x86/amd64 platform to libva 1.4.1. We needed to do this on our development VMs in order to compile the VAAPI components that went into TLXOS Wheezy NUC32/ NUC64. The only DEBs that we installed into TLXOS proper were libva, libva-drm1, libva-glx1, and libva-x11-1. We went to great trouble to ensure that TLXOS Wheezy's glibc remained at the native version (2.13), rather than just using binary packages from Jessie, which would have required an upgrade to 2.19. In hindsight we should probably just have done the latter (it was necessary on the ARM ports of TLXOS Wheezy, in any case, because Citrix Receiver requires glibc >= 2.15 on ARMHF). Compiling these RPMs is a long, hard road with many build problems, and I didn't document what I did to manually work around these. If you don't trust our binary DEBs, you're on your own, sorry. After installing libva-dev, you need to apply the provided va_include_fix.patch before attempting to compile libyami and intel-driver.
