Needed for opennx on Jessie and Stretch (Debian only). Jessie and Stretch only
have libwxgtk3.0-0, which is dependent on GTK 3.0, which TLXOS avoided for most
of its Jessie-based releases in order to reduce disk footprint.
Oddly, Raspbian retained libwxgtk2.8-0 and its even older prerequisites
(e.g. libjpeg8) in both Jessie and Stretch, so it wasn't necessary to compile
this for TLXOS RPi IoT.
Stretch lacks GStreamer 0.10, so you must install several debs from Jessie:
gir1.2-gst-plugins-base-0.10, gir1.2-gstreamer-0.10,
libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-0, libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev,
libgstreamer0.10-0, and libgstreamer0.10-dev.
Stretch may get unhappy about the X11 bitmap files unless you add
-funsigned-char, and on an i386 platform will also get narrowing errors unless
you add -Wno-narrowing.
