Raspbian Stretch and later include a later version of Mesa than even Debian Buster supports, in order to get the VC4 DRI support that is needed for the Raspberry Pi 4. Recompiling this for armv7 was a major pain. 19.1.0~git20190429.9628631a380 is for Stretch, 19.1.1 is for Buster. N.B. You must remove HAVE_LIBUNWIND in src/build/build.ninja for u_debug_stack.c, or else you will get a failure from "unw_base" being undeclared.
