It is possible to run Citrix Receiver 13.7.0 ARMEL on TLXOS RPi IoT if you
install a lot of ARMEL packages.  However, Raspbian is strictly ARMHF only,
and for multilib packages versions must match exactly, so these Raspbian-
specific packages needed to be compiled for ARMEL.
