TN5250 was added in TLXOS 4.8.0/4.9.0 to satisfy a customer request.  We don't
know anything about the IBM AS/400, and used a virtual server
(https://pub400.com/) for our own very limited testing.

We tweaked the Debian source code slightly to fix some build issues.
