For Raspberry Pis earlier than the Pi 4, the only Xorg driver that can provide
any degree of hardware acceleration is this awful xf86-video-fbturbo thing.
Provided is a clone of https://github.com/JamesH65/xf86-video-fbturbo.git,
which is a variant of the official driver
(https://github.com/ssvb/xf86-video-fbturbo.git) with Raspberry Pi hardware
cursor support added. Hardware cursor support is essential when using
Citrix Receiver / Workspace App with our ctxh264.so H.264 hardware acceleration
plugin - without this, you won't have a mouse pointer in the Citrix desktop.
