These are virtual machines for an unlimited-license edition of RePC known as RePC Server that was discontinued a very long time ago. RePC Server differed from "RePC Personal" (now known just as RePC) in it included PXE server components that RePC Personal lacked, and its diskless clients (RePC Instances) did not require licences. It is also based on Emdebian Grip rather than Debian Wheezy proper, and uses compressed ext2 (e2compr) rather than regular ext2. Later improvements in our licensing system allowed us to merge the PXE server capability into RePC Personal (which was renamed to just RePC) and license RePC Instances as well.
