These are obsolete TMS-installable upgrades for the proprietary core component
of the TMS agent software (tms_client).  The broader TMS agent also requires
various supporting shell scripts in /usr/local/[s]bin and /etc/init.d, and
that certain Debian components be present and set up in a very specific way,
so transplanting tms_client into some arbitrary non-TLXOS userspace will not
work.
